She is also a research associate at the School of Public Health and Administration at the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, where she directs the &#8220;One Health&#8221; unit.<\/p>\n<p>Successful experiences<br \/>\nShe has led the social science component of several trials to develop and evaluate innovative products for the prevention and control of vector-borne diseases.<br \/>\nShe has been the lead social scientist in several interdisciplinary teams to examine the dynamics of vector-borne disease (VBD) transmission, focusing on studying the human side of the vector-environment-human equation, including the measurement (developed instruments) and evaluation of the role of human movement in dengue transmission.<br \/>\nShe has explored issues related to participation in zoonotic or vector control programs, ranging from allowing indoor residual spraying at home to participation in dog vaccination programs for rabies prevention.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3142,"template":"","class_list":["post-3733","investigador","type-investigador","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.prisma.org.pe\/investigacion\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/investigador\/3733","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.prisma.org.pe\/investigacion\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/investigador"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.prisma.org.pe\/investigacion\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/investigador"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.prisma.org.pe\/investigacion\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/3142"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.prisma.org.pe\/investigacion\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3733"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
