To develop and carry out the activities, we worked with several important partners and support organizations, such as: the Municipality of Villa El Salvador (VES) in its support of the trade fairs; the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM) in training for processing; Servicio Nacional de Seguridad Agraria (SENASA) with the support in marketing procedures and management; the INPELSA slaughterhouse with its support in slaughtering the pigs and help in marketing; the NGO Ciudad Saludable with its experience in the disposal of excreta; and Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM) with artificial insemination, among others.<\/p>\n

Objective:<\/strong> To promote the linkaging of local stakeholders by preparing a participatory diagnosis for the planning and management of policies and strategic actions, improving their capacities for production and organization by preparing a situational analysis and identification of the critical points in the production chain and market access.<\/p>\n
