It focuses on building the capacities of the producers and their families so that their economic activities may lead to an increase in employment and higher family incomes, and result in a better family diet and reduction of malnutrition.<\/p>\n

Objective:<\/strong> To strengthen agricultural innovation for food security at different levels (local, regional, and national) in the Andean Region, in response to the needs of vulnerable rural groups.<\/p>\n

Project area:<\/strong> Districts of Yauli, Nuevo Occoro, Ascensi\u00f3n, and Huando in the province of Huancavelica, and Santa Ana in the province of Castrovirreyna, all in the Huancavelica Region.<\/p>\n
