With the desire to continue strengthening Peruvian talent, a strategic partnership was entered with the Chef School of San Ignacio de Loyola University, responsible for enhancing the gastronomic skills of the 50 entrepreneurs who make up the third graduating year.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]OBJECTIVE: <\/strong>To build knowledge and personal and social capacities in the scholars to enhance the planning and management of their gastronomic ventures.<\/p>\n
