The project Strengthening the Management of Local Development and Follow-up on Fund Management took place in two stages: during the first stage, it aimed to contribute to institutionality from the internal organization of the Municipalites, generate its first approach to the population from the reports of the first 100 days, Institutional Operational Plan – POI, Person Development Plan – PDP correcting any observations made on priority projects to contact them with different sources of funding; and at the second stage: it aimed to complete and institutionalize the management tools such as the Institutional Strategic Plan (PEI) and Institutional Operational Plan (POI); correction of observations and/or reformulation of priority investment projects in order to gain access to different sources of funding.

Objective: To contribute to the improvement of public management and investment in a sustainable way by implementing mechanisms that include the territorial development approach.
