The project sought to strengthen local institutionality to ensure proper territorial management that would promote social inclusion, economic and social development, and better services for the citizens, in the Districts of the province of Huancabamba, Piura.

Objective: To improve democratic governance and the living conditions of the vulnerable populations in the Districts of the province of Huancabamba.
