The acquisition of knowledge and good practices in health and nutrition in the families of children under three years of age, added to an improved supply of care in the health facilities (focusing on this age group), are conditions conducive to the sustainability of the project. Its execution has been in coordination with the Ministry of Health, through the network of healthcare facilities located in the project area, as well as the participation of health promoters and municipalities.
Objective: To promote good childcare practices through longitudinal follow-up from gestation to three years of age.
